I liked the sorghum flour. After buckwheat, it tasted more like wheat. I think it's better than oatmeal. You may need to wet your hands occasionally when shaping the bagel.

Ingredients
220 grams Sorghum flour
20 grams of cauliflower
A teaspoon of salt
6 grams of baking powder
300 gr water
20 grams of olive oil
10 grams of apple cider vinegar
13 grams tahini
molasses water and sesame seeds to decorate
Preparation
We measure the ingredients and turn them into dough.
I shaped it into a bagel, dipped it in molasses water and covered it with sesame seeds.
We cook it in a 180 degree oven without fan until it turns golden brown.
