Sorghum flour bagel

I liked the sorghum flour. After buckwheat, it tasted more like wheat. I think it's better than oatmeal. You may need to wet your hands occasionally when shaping the bagel.

Ingredients

  1. 220 grams Sorghum flour

  2. 20 grams of cauliflower

  3. A teaspoon of salt

  4. 6 grams of baking powder

  5. 300 gr water

  6. 20 grams of olive oil

  7. 10 grams of apple cider vinegar

  8. 13 grams tahini

  9. molasses water and sesame seeds to decorate

Preparation

  1. We measure the ingredients and turn them into dough.

  2. I shaped it into a bagel, dipped it in molasses water and covered it with sesame seeds.

  3. We cook it in a 180 degree oven without fan until it turns golden brown.
