Today I present to you the recipe for a quick and delicious dessert, Easy Tiramisu for One Person! 🍰✨ This easy tiramisu for one person is a perfect choice for those looking for a quick and delicious dessert. Its cream, made with cashews and dates, is healthy and refined sugar-free.

Ingredients



For 1 glass of tiramisu cream

  • 140 gr cashew

  • 6 dates ( pitted )

  • 1/4 lemon peel lemon

  • 1/2 lemon juice lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Water according to consistency (about 1/4 cup)

Preparation

1. Prepare the Cream: Boil the dates and cashews in drinking water for 5 minutes, drain and let cool. Instead of boiling the cashews and dates, you can soak them in water overnight, just drain and blend them. Then, mix the other ingredients in a small blender until it reaches a creamy consistency. Let it rest in the refrigerator to thicken.

2. Prepare the Crisps: Soak the buckwheat crisps in coffee. If you want it sweeter, you can add apple juice concentrate or date honey to the coffee, but I didn't.

3. Making Tiramisu: Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream you prepared on the soaked popsicles in order on each layer. If you want more, it's up to you 😉

4. Serving: You can serve your Tiramisu immediately or let it rest in the refrigerator for a while longer.
