• 250g lean ground beef

• 250g leeks (cleaned and chopped)

• 2 tablespoons oat flour

• 2 garlic cloves (minced)

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare the Leeks:

    • Place the chopped leeks in a stainless steel pan with a pinch of salt and a little water.

    • Cook over low heat until softened and the water evaporates. Add more water if necessary during cooking.

    • Allow the leeks to cool.

    2. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked leeks, ground beef, oat flour, garlic, salt, black pepper, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.

    • Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
