• 200 g almond flour (add more if needed)

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

• 2 tablespoons quinoa flakes

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 clove garlic

• 1/4 red onion

• Salt, pepper

• Warm water as needed for consistency

Preparation

1. Combine Ingredients: Place the celery leaves, almond flour, chia seeds, hemp seeds, quinoa flakes, olive oil, garlic, and red onion in the processor bowl.

2. Adjust Consistency: Add salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add warm water and blend in a food processor until smooth, adjusting the water as needed for your desired consistency.
