Ingredients

• 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Tomato Sauce:

• 1 tablespoon tomato paste

• 2 tablespoons water

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 clove garlic (minced)

• Salt and pepper to taste


Topping (Optional):

• ½ cup plain yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

• 200g ground meat (beef or turkey)

• 1 small onion (finely chopped)

• 1 clove garlic (minced)

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

1. Roast the Cauliflower:

• Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

• Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if desired).

• Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.

2. Prepare the Tomato Sauce:

• Heat olive oil in a small pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

• Stir in the tomato paste and water, then season with salt and pepper.

• Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Set aside.

3. Cook the Ground Meat (Optional):

• Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

• Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully browned. Set aside.

4. Assemble the Dumplings:

• Arrange the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate.

• Drizzle with tomato sauce.

• Top with yogurt and cooked ground meat (if using).

• Garnish with fresh parsley or dill for an extra touch of flavor.
