• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)

• 2-3 kohlrabi leaves and stems (finely chopped)

• 1 celery stalk

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1-2 garlic cloves

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1/4 cup water (for adjusting the consistency)

Preparation

Soak the Pumpkin Seeds:

Soak the pumpkin seeds in water for a few hours, then drain.


Prepare the Leaves:

Finely chop the kohlrabi leaves and stems. Cut the celery stalk into small pieces.


Blend:
