If you are craving simit, make it right away :) You can also make it by blending the almonds in a high-speed blender. I had almond flour without skins, so I made it from that, but it would also work with skinned almonds.

PREPARATION:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (70 g) almond flour (oat, buckwheat, etc.)

  • 1/4 cup (35g) yogurt (I used vegan yogurt)

  • little salt

Preparation

  1. I mixed it and shaped it.

  2. I put olive oil on it and sprinkled black cumin and sesame seeds on it.

  3. I drilled a hole in the middle.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. It's done when the top and bottom get darker.

  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.
