If you are craving simit, make it right away :) You can also make it by blending the almonds in a high-speed blender. I had almond flour without skins, so I made it from that, but it would also work with skinned almonds.
PREPARATION:

PORTION:
1 portion

Ingredients
1/2 cup (70 g) almond flour (oat, buckwheat, etc.)
1/4 cup (35g) yogurt (I used vegan yogurt)
little salt
Preparation
I mixed it and shaped it.
I put olive oil on it and sprinkled black cumin and sesame seeds on it.
I drilled a hole in the middle.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. It's done when the top and bottom get darker.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
It has a delicate texture. Bon appetit. 🤗
